This 68-page book is the latest book from Anik Singal. It’s a fun read that is Anik’s take on how the art of copywriting has changed over the years and how he learned it. I received the copy of his eBook and audiobook via his latest webinar which has a replay coming up (at the time of this review).
This is the second book that I’ve reviewed from Anik after his 2018 book, eSCAPE. This new book is different as it zooms into one thing, copywriting and this 5-step copywriting formula that he uses to write his copy.
There’s a lot of personal stories in this book and it gives a lot of value throughout. Personally I recommend listening to the audiobook version because it captures Anik’s enthusiasm and energy for the topic.
Perhaps the most interesting thing about the book is to actually see the 5-step formula in place within the structure of the book itself. Anik really walks the talk & gives us a masterclass in using what he teaches.
In conclusion, I recommend this book as a good quick read for anyone interested in copywriting. It’s not a real step-by-step how to guide but gives a good foundation for the logic behind converting copy.
Pros: A good book to introduce Anik’s take on copywriting and his personal copywriting process.
Cons: None.
TLDR: For students of copywriting, this book is worth consuming & studying.

[Submissions for Review Consideration]
- Are you an author who wrote a jazz, guitar or music book?
- Have you created a DVD or an online video course or subscription based website?
- Would you like me to review your book/course?
Please send me a message at azsamad2 at gmail.com with:
For courses: a link to the course/video/product + access info etc.
For books: a link to the book (Dropbox) or PDF attachment (if it’s small) for review consideration.
Depending on whether I dig the book/course, I’ll let you know if I do plan to review it!
I cannot guarantee a review for every submission & if I’m not too into it, I may opt not to review it. I mean, it’s better to get a good review that for me to write a bad review just because it’s not a match for the kind of stuff I dig right? :p
NOTE: All reviews reflect my honest personal opinion so be aware that I will point out both cool Pros and Cons that I see in the work. You dig?
