This eBook by Chance Lunceford is a fascinating work for anyone who is interested in looking at the world differently (and getting more positive results in your daily life). It’s value-packed (to say the least) with Chance giving his all within the 102 pages of the book.
In the first chapter, Chance introduces his take on how we perceive the world (via our senses) and how we can focus on different parts of it to change our experience (and memory) of it. This goes straight into the deep end & sets the pace for the book.
In the second chapter, he goes into how to create positive states of mind using different strategies including visualisation. It begins with a breath exercise and then goes into the various visualisation exercises.
In the third chapter, Chance harnesses the power of words and writing to tap into different positive ways of viewing (and changing your view of the world) and well as the power of different types of journals. This chapter alone is very powerful as Chance shares his personal approach to this.
In the fourth and final chapter, Chance gives you a variety of intense visualisation exercises and concepts to deal with challenges in daily life including negative outcomes and negativity (both internal and external). He also talks about different ways of learning effectively (which is a topic close to my heart). There’s so much stuff in this chapter that I felt that I needed to really read a few pages at a time and try out each exercise.
Chance doesn’t hold back so the information is DENSELY-packed. This is also really heavy stuff especially if you start applying the exercises honestly in your daily life. Challenging and potentially life changing ideas.
Chance explains how you can rewire your experience of the world (and your reactions) by understanding how most people react on default. He begins with explaining how we see & how we visualise things mentally. This is an important opening to the premise of the book which goes on to elaborate on exercises that are challenging & possibly life changing. Most of the ideas are demanding. Some sections definitely will require multiple readings to digest fully.
Chance’s way of thinking, how he perceives reality & how he shapes his perception of reality is invaluable. If you’ve ever had a bad day or bad experience with people around you. If you’ve ever been bummed out because of your surroundings or the people you meet, Chance’s book has some very cool insights that are worth exploring.
My first reaction after reading it through the first time was like “Man, I need to read this again and again”. And then, I knew I needed to tell Chance how much I loved it, how I needed to write a review for it (so more people would find out about the book) and just so that I could really digest what Chance had to share.
Pros: Great insight & ideas from a brilliant mind.
Cons: None.
TLDR: If you want to get interesting ideas on approaching the world & thinking in general, get this book.

I cannot guarantee a review for every submission & if I’m not too into it, I may opt not to review it. I mean, it’s better to get a good review that for me to write a bad review just because it’s not a match for the kind of stuff I dig right? :p
NOTE: All reviews reflect my honest personal opinion so be aware that I will point out both cool Pros and Cons that I see in the work. You dig? 🙂
